Public Broadcasting Service (PBS)

Founded in 1969, Public Broadcasting Service (PBS)  is a non-profit public broadcasting television service with 354 member TV stations in the United States, with some member stations available over the air and by cable in Canada.  PBS stations are commonly operated by non-profit organization, state agencies, local authorities or universities in their community of license, therefore PBS does not own any of the stations that broadcast its programming.

Scope of Services:

February 2006 PBS relocated their headquarters, engaging OLS Trading, Inc. to remove and dispose of all remaining assets.  This project was completed in April, 2006.  TV VCR DVD phone –satellite tower

  • With multiple floors of product being sold in multiple phases coupled with difficult loading dock egress, OLS developed and  implemented a plan which detailed the coordination of the building and personnel.

  • Using the AESI Process, OLS successfully sold and managed the removal of all computers, pre broadcast and post broadcast equipment, Modular furniture and miscellaneous items.  Assets were sold through private treaty sale, online sale and CDRM (charitable donation recovery model.
