Scope of Services:

As a result of downsizing LCC engaged OLS to coordinate and manage the disposition of the assets that were no longer required for core operations.

Outcome: OLS sold and removed all salable assets ahead of the timeframe allotted and returned a favorable return to LCC

  • It was imperative for LCC to avoid the high holdover rent penalty.  OLS project management and consultants developed a master plan which detailed the inventory, sale and removal of all salable and non salable assets which include computes and IT, A/V a full restaurant, fitness equipment and other miscellaneous assets.
  • OLS determine that constructing a ramp over a large ditch, would increase the removal time by 50%. 
  • The assets were sold through the AESI Process by on line sale.
