HMS Host

Scope of Services:

HMS Host engaged OLS manage the sale and to sell all remaining assets resulting from their 6 floor 700+ person headquarters move.  Originally OLS was engaged to sell the modular furniture, however with seven days notice an additional 750 items were added to the sale that included computers, IT, A/V, telecom equipment, business equipment artwork and a full restaurant.

Outcome:  OLS successfully sold and removed all assets on time affording HMS Host a return exceeding their expectations.

  • With a mixture of assets including computers, IT, A/V, telecom equipment, restaurant equipment, modular furniture, file cabinets, private offices, ancillary equipment and art work, OLS sold these assets using the AESI Process,  by means of an internet sale, private treaty sale and CDRM (charitable donation recovery model).

  • With multiple floors and slow elevators as a challenge,  precise coordination of an experienced professional staff was able to successfully remove all product on time and budget.
