Scope of Services:
Ernst & Young engaged OLS Trading, Inc. to dispose of the assets in two buildings in Washington, D. C. that E&Y was vacating. There were a total of 9 floors and over 700 people. We worked directly with their move mangers at CB Richard Ellis..
Outcome: OLS successfully sold and removed all assets ahead of schedule. OLS aided E&Y in removing assets that were slated for sale but needed to reuse. Additional services were provided such as building cleanout which were not part of the original scope. E&Y realized a 73% higher return than anticipated.
